How much does a custom rug cost?
It depends on the carpet you pick and the size — the material is priced by what your rug requires, edge finishing runs from $3.95 per linear foot around the full perimeter, and delivery is quoted flat by the rug's size. What's the difference between binding and serging?
Binding is a clean fabric strip sewn over the edge — classic and durable, $3.95/LF. Serging wraps the edge in continuous yarn for a softer, rounded, more finished look at $6.95/LF. A wide canvas border at $24.95/LF gives the designer statement edge you see in showrooms.
